Anugyualaya believes in Right to Development and advocacy networking and lobbying is an integral part of our intervention strategy. This is very pertinent to the Darjeeling Hills as the region is marginalised socio-ecologically in every aspect. Policies and plans are developed without taking into consideration the unique socio-ecological systems of the Hills. Thus every intervention experience of Anugyalaya is used as a basis for policy and implementation gaps changes.
